Hi, I'm the host of NomadPodcast.com. I'm looking to offload approximately 5hrs/wk of various production and promotion tasks that I'm currently doing to make each podcast episode. I would like to focus my time exclusively on content creation and hire someone on an hourly basis to handle everything else. You would be working with your own audio and photo editing tools to produce the audio and cover art then using Anchor.fm to assemble episodes and promote via Hootsuite to various social media platforms on my behalf. I use Trello, Slack, Loom and Google Drive for collaboration and project management.

Applicants for this position will need to complete this brief screening challenge:
1. Watch this 5min video that summarizes what's involved in creating an episode:

2. Make a video (can use Loom or whatever free tool you like) that shows me you understand what's involved. Walk me through anything similar you've done in the past and give me confidence that you have the experience necessary to perform these tasks. I will give you instruction and training but you need to have existing knowledge of basic WordPress usage, basic HTML familiarity, photo editing, audio editing, and be able to learn quickly.  

3. Make sure to include everything I ask for in the video. This is key as it tells me you are thorough and able to follow instructions.
